pragma

One master brand. Six pages to use it.

The Infinite Cycle mark, the master-brand architecture, and the craft that holds together every surface — from the boutique door to the regulator dossier.

01The mark
01 · The mark

An infinite cycle, drawn as two circles.

Pragma's mark is two overlapping circles — a horizontal infinity read as the recovery loop: stress → recovery → stress, repeated. It works at every size, on light and dark, and stays legible at 16px in an email signature.

Why this mark

Recovery is not a destination — it's a rhythm. Two circles that share territory but stay distinct say "two states, one body" without metaphor or illustration. It's quiet enough to live next to medical claims and confident enough to anchor a boutique storefront.

Rules

  • Stroke weight scales with size — keep it ≈ 1/24 of the mark height.
  • Always horizontal — never stack, never rotate, never colour-fill the circles.
  • Clear-space = one circle diameter on every side; nothing in the gap.
  • One ink colour: #0F2A4F on light, #FFFFFF on dark. No gradients, no shadows.

pragma° wordmark · Infinite Cycle · right loop in cobalt

The combined decision

Rather than choose between A or C, Pragma locked a hybrid that takes the strengths of both: the Infinite Cycle as the central symbol of the recovery philosophy (continuous recovery · continuous improvement · continuous value), and the degree sign kept inside the wordmark to preserve the link to precision, temperature, and the origins in recovery technologies.

The right loop in cobalt creates a subtle visual distinction and gives the mark additional depth — the loop reads as a cycle in motion rather than a static symbol.

02Type
02 · Type · Law 1 — type is the hero

One grotesk, set large, carries the page.

The wordmark already does the work. Headlines get whitespace and confidence, body stays modest, and the machine voice — dates, IDs, counts — moves to mono.

03Color
03 · Color · Law 5 — one accent on a quiet ground

Quiet, mostly. One accent that points.

~95% of every surface is paper, ink, and rule-line. Cobalt does the pointing. The warm tones are for sub-expressions only — never decoration, never multiple on one surface.

The rule, in one sentence

Pick one accent per surface. Hold everything else neutral. If the eye lands on more than one bright thing, kill one. Sub-expression tones — coral, gold, tan, ember — belong inside their own surface only; never mixed.

04Voice
04 · Voice · house tone

Calm, declarative, evidence-led.

Pragma speaks the way a senior physiotherapist explains a protocol — short sentences, no marketing flourish, the data shown not described. Confidence comes from precision, never from adjectives.

Do

One declarative sentence, evidence next.

"Eight minutes at −110 °C lowers next-day muscle soreness. Measured, not promised."

Names the protocol, names the outcome, gives the receipt. No "transform your life." No "unleash your potential."

Don't

Marketing flourish or wellness adjectives.

"Discover the ultimate journey to wellness with our revolutionary recovery technology — designed to transform how you feel every single day."

Every word is doing PR work. A reader who knows recovery will not trust this. A regulator will not trust this. Skip it.

A
Numbers in mono.
When a temperature, time, count, or price shows up — set it in JetBrains Mono. It tells the reader "this is data."
B
Show the work.
When we say a session does X, show how we measured X. If we can't show it, soften the claim — never inflate. Law 6.
C
No wellness clichés.
Banned words: journey, ultimate, revolutionary, unleash, transform, holistic-wellbeing. Replace with the actual thing being done.
D
Quiet on dark, restraint on light.
Dark surfaces use one cyan accent. Light surfaces use one cobalt accent. Never both bright on the same view.
05Expressions
05 · Sub-expressions · master brand · qualifier

One master brand, two public expressions.

Pragma is the brand. Recovery Technologies and Health are the two public expressions that ride alongside the same wordmark, share the same type, and use one accent each. A reader meets one Pragma everywhere; the qualifier tells them which door they walked through.

The rule, one line

A surface chooses one expression. It uses that expression's accent, and only that accent. Never two qualifiers on the same surface; never the qualifier without the wordmark.

A word on Group — legal, not public

Pragma Group remains the holding structure, important legally and for governance. Externally, customers experience simply Pragma. Group is not a public expression of the brand — it does not get its own wordmark variant, its own site door, or its own accent color on customer-facing surfaces. When governance, press, or investor surfaces require a holding reference, they use the same pragma° wordmark; the Group designation appears in legal copy, not in branding.
