For Bob & Joël · ecosystem build · 25 June 2026
A response to Bob's strategic email, with Joël's operational walkthrough folded in. Built as a page rather than a deck so you can both navigate at your own pace and answer the two open questions whenever fits.
Honoring both voices
Two co-founders, two registers — both essential. The build below carries both into the v2 production.
Bob · the why
CTN, PNOĒ, future tech = building blocks. The ecosystem is the story. Five verticals — clinic, physio, hospitality, corporate wellness, high-performance — under one master brand pragma.
Joël · the what
From your walkthrough — the corrections that make Bob's vision shippable:
The mark · locked 2026·06·26
Bob and Joël aligned internally and reached the final decision: not A or C, but the strongest combination of both. The Infinite Cycle as the central symbol of the Pragma philosophy — continuous recovery, continuous improvement, continuous value creation. The degree sign retained in the wordmark, preserving the link with precision, temperature, and the origins in recovery technologies. The right loop in cobalt for subtle depth.

Discussion 1 · pricing path
Public investment ranges for the ecosystem story is exactly right when the conversation is business transformation. My instinct is dual path — so we don't lose the operator who just wants one cabin and a price. Both routes converge into the same demo funnel.
Option A · pure ecosystem
Every visitor enters through the wizard. Cleaner story. Risks losing the operator who only wants one cabin.
Option B · dual path · my lean ★
Primary CTA stays on the ecosystem; the secondary pill catches the easy entry that may grow into an ecosystem later.
Discussion 2 · Ecosystem Designer output
When an operator completes the wizard, my lean is all three — they reinforce each other. Tell me if you'd rather start narrower.
